Why two transaction hashes?
Pump.fun snipers usually bundle their buy with the deploy transaction. By splitting deploy and seed into two separate txs, Pimpr breaks the bundle pattern, so snipers don't auto-enter the launch.
What's anti-vamp?
Pimpr keeps a ticker registry. The first valid mention of $TICKER wins it. Anyone spam-mentioning the same ticker after that gets a "ticker taken" reply instead of a launch. No vampire copies on Pimpr.
